Financial Information
Mark this date on your calendar:
May 31, 2011: $100 discount offered to students who are accepted and deposit paid by this date. If an active payment plan is setup by May 31, no payment plan fee will be charged.
Direct School Costs:
Direct educational costs include tuition and application fees. For an academic year, direct costs are as follows:
Day School:
1st Year Program: $3500
2nd Year Program: $2500
Non-Refundable application fee: $35
Tuition: Includes 1-2 conferences a year, textbooks and costs of city outreaches
Night School
1st Year Program: $1300*
2nd Year Program: $1300*
Non-Refundable application fee: $35
Tuition: Includes textbooks
*Conference costs not covered in night school tuition
Deposit
A $300 non-refundable deposit is due within 30 days of acceptance to the school. This deposit will be credited toward your total tuition balance.
Optional Costs
Each year the school provides the opportunity for students to travel on a missions trip. The cost if this trip can vary but students can anticipate costs up to $3500. This is not covered by tutition and students will be responsible for raising their own support to cover the cost of the trip. Details will follow later in the school year concerning the location of the missions trip.

We offer several methods to pay for your tution including the abilty to make online payments.
Payment Plan
We get it. Sometimes you don't have $3500 in your backpocket. So to help ease the pressure of paying all of your tution upfront, we have provided payment plan options for students.
Day School - First year
1st Payment: $2000 - Due Sep. 13, 2011
2nd Payment: $750 - Due Nov. 10, 2011
3rd Payment: $750 - Due Jan. 12, 2012
Total: $3500
Day School - Second year
1st Payment: $1300 - Due Sep. 13, 2011
2nd Payment: $625 - Due Nov. 10, 2011
3rd Payment: $625 - Due Jan. 12, 2012
Total: $2500
Night School - First & Second year
1st Payment: $700 - Due Sep. 13, 2011
2nd Payment: $300 - Due Nov. 10, 2011
3rd Payment: $300 - Due Jan. 12, 2012
Total: $1300
Payment Plan Fees:
Late payments are subject to $50 late payment fee.
Alternative payment planes are available at an additional fee of $150 for Night School and $250 Day School. You can save on the payment plan fee by setting up a plan and start paying in advance.
Any payments made 14 days past the payment due date will be considered an alternative payment plan.
Refund Policy:
In the event that a student withdraws form school within the first semester and has previously paid their tuition in full, they may receive a refund of up to 85%. This refunded amount is based upon a pro-rated monthly portion of paid tuition. After January 13, tuition is non-refundable.
Accreditation:
Encourager School of Kingdom Ministry is not an accredited school with the State of Texas; therefore students are not eligible for financial aid, student loans, or grants.
Auditing of Classes:
Those individuals wishing to audit a class during a time when there is a guest speaker may do so at a cost of $20 per day on set open house days. Pre-registration is required.
